Hagiwara Electric Holdings (Hagiwara Electric Group) has acquired all shares of BellaDati PTE. LTD., a Singapore-based IoT framework and advanced analytics software provider. BellaDati's founder and CEO Martin Trgina will resign after a short transition and Kazuto Saito will be appointed CEO as the buyer positions BellaDati as a core data infrastructure platform to expand capabilities and market reach.

GrowthCurve Capital Acquires Duetto
