The transactions expand Atlantic Southern’s geographic footprint in the Midwest and Southeast as part of a broader roll-up strategy to consolidate pavement maintenance and commercial paving services.

Strength Capital Partners, a private investment firm based in Birmingham, Michigan, has made a growth investment in Pinnacle Paving & Sealing, a Milford, Ohio–based provider of commercial and residential parking lot and driveway paving services. Pinnacle founder and CEO Alan Zahumensky will remain in place as Strength partners with the company to support its growth; financing for the transaction included First Merchants Bank and Northcreek Mezzanine.
