Trawick International Acquires Controlling Stake in Greenlight Insurance

Trawick International Ltd., a subsidiary of Trawick Holdings, LLC, has acquired a controlling stake in UK-based Greenlight Insurance Services Limited, a specialist provider of motor and niche vehicle insurance. The deal expands Trawick’s UK presence and diversifies its portfolio into specialist and hard-to-place motor insurance markets serving collectors, motorsport and expatriate customers.
