Northlight Acquires Carrick Group

Northlight QIAIF plc, managed by London-based Northlight Group LLP, has acquired Carrick Group Limited, a Bermuda-based non-life run-off and reinsurance platform, from Zimmer Financial Services Group. Northlight said it will support Carrick's growth business plan and has appointed several independent non-executive directors to Carrick's board.
