Boxlight Corporation Acquires FrontRow Calypso LLC

Boxlight Corporation (Nasdaq: BOXL) has completed the acquisition of FrontRow Calypso LLC, a Petaluma-based provider of classroom audio, campus communication and AV control solutions. The deal was financed in part by a $68.5 million credit facility from WhiteHawk Finance, which also refinanced existing debt and provided working capital; Boxlight expects FrontRow to contribute roughly $30 million in sales and $7 million in EBITDA for fiscal 2022.

Phoenix Lighting Acquires Bright Light Systems

The deal expands Phoenix's industrial lighting capabilities and adds a specialized lighting controls and monitoring platform to better serve ports, terminals and other heavy-industrial end markets.
