Phoenix Lighting Acquires Bright Light Systems

Phoenix Lighting, a portfolio company of JMC Capital Partners, has acquired Bright Light Systems, Inc., a Georgia-based lighting manufacturer and controls provider. The deal expands Phoenix's industrial lighting capabilities and adds a specialized lighting controls and monitoring platform to better serve ports, terminals and other heavy-industrial end markets.
