Siemens AG Acquires Brightly Software from Clearlake Capital

Siemens AG, via its Smart Infrastructure division, agreed to acquire Brightly Software, a U.S.-based cloud-native enterprise asset management SaaS provider, from Clearlake Capital for $1.575 billion in upfront cash plus up to $300 million in earn-outs. The acquisition strengthens Siemens' digital building and infrastructure software capabilities and expands its SaaS footprint, while Brightly will benefit from Siemens' global scale.
