Qualus Corporation, a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital, has acquired GridBright, a Silicon Valley–area technology solutions firm specializing in grid integration software, systems integration, and advisory services. The deal (terms not disclosed) expands Qualus’ capabilities in grid modernization, resiliency, security, and renewable interconnection services; AEC Advisors advised Qualus and Capstone Partners advised GridBright.
