Virtusa Corporation has acquired BRIGHT (Bright Consulting), a leading ServiceNow and Splunk partner in EMEA, to strengthen its ServiceNow and Splunk capabilities and expand its presence in Europe. Financial terms were not disclosed; BRIGHT brings roughly 100 consultants (about 70 ServiceNow and 30 Splunk specialists) and expertise in digitalization, SecOps, observability, and AI/ML analytics.
