Cognizant has agreed to acquire Bright Wolf, a privately held Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) systems-integration and technology services provider, to expand its smart products and Industry 4.0 expertise. The Bright Wolf team will form the core of a new IoT innovation lab in the Raleigh–Durham, North Carolina research triangle; financial terms were not disclosed.
