Cloyes Gear & Products, a Fort Smith, Arkansas-based designer and manufacturer of timing drive systems, has acquired Denton, Texas-based Automotive Tensioners, Inc. (ATI), a supplier of front-end accessory drive pulleys and tensioners for the automotive aftermarket. The add-on strengthens Cloyes' aftermarket product portfolio and distribution reach, building on recent platform activity including the Rotomaster acquisition.
