Snap-on Incorporated has acquired Dealer-FX, a Toronto-area provider of SaaS customer experience and service automation software for automotive dealers and OEMs, from private equity firm HGGC. The deal brings Dealer-FX's One Platform and dealer-focused product suite into Snap-on's Total Shop Solutions portfolio to expand its software and service capabilities for dealerships and OEM customers.

Holley Acquires Arizona Desert Shocks, Baer Brakes, Brothers Trucks and Rocket Racing Wheels

(NYSE: HLLY) announced it acquired substantially all of the assets of Arizona Desert Shocks, Baer Brakes, Brothers Trucks, and Rocket Racing Wheels in Q4 2021 for approximately $56 million. The purchases expand Holley’s performance aftermarket product portfolio across suspension, braking, truck appearance and wheel categories to broaden capabilities and address new enthusiast end-markets.

Cloyes Gear & Products Acquires Rotomaster

TruckPro Acquires Young's Gear Denali Drivelines

The deal strengthens TruckPro's footprint and service capabilities in Alaska and provides local customers access to TruckPro's broader product offerings and nationwide distribution network.

Holley Acquires AEM Performance Electronics

The deal expands Holley's electronic control and monitoring product offerings for performance and EV-conversion enthusiasts; Holley expects AEM to contribute pro forma 2021 sales of $26 million.
