Moser Engineering has acquired the GearFX Driveline product line and related assets from Holley Performance Brands; production and assets will be relocated to Moser Engineering’s facilities in Portland, Indiana. The acquisition expands Moser’s aftermarket driveline product offering and secures continued U.S. production of GearFX 9‑inch housing centers.
