Holley Acquires AEM Performance Electronics

Holley has acquired substantially all of the assets of Advanced Engine Management, Inc. (dba AEM Performance Electronics) for $52 million. The deal expands Holley's electronic control and monitoring product offerings for performance and EV-conversion enthusiasts; Holley expects AEM to contribute pro forma 2021 sales of $26 million.
