AEM has acquired Van Essen Instruments, a Netherlands-based maker of groundwater and surface water monitoring dataloggers and sensors, integrating Van Essen's hardware and data tools into the AEM Elements environmental resiliency platform. The deal expands AEM's precision water-monitoring capabilities and combines Van Essen's global distributor network with AEM's cloud telemetry and analytics to deliver end-to-end environmental monitoring solutions.
