Titan Cloud Software Acquires Environmental Monitoring Solutions (EMS)

Titan Cloud Software, a Nashville-area cloud software provider backed by M33 Growth, has acquired Australian wetstock management and forecourt automation specialist Environmental Monitoring Solutions (EMS). EMS will retain its brand and leadership (Russell Dupuy remains Managing Director and becomes SVP of Global Wetstock at Titan Cloud) as the deal expands Titan Cloud's wetstock management product portfolio and accelerates the company's geographic growth in Asia Pacific and Europe; financial terms were not disclosed.
