Titan Cloud Software Acquires Canary Compliance

Titan Cloud Software, a PE-backed fuel-retail software provider, has acquired Philadelphia-based Canary Compliance to expand its environmental compliance and tank-monitoring offerings into the SMB retail fuel segment. The deal, supported by Titan’s investor M33 Growth, will integrate Canary’s remote tank monitoring and managed connectivity solutions to broaden Titan’s reach to small operators while enhancing its wetstock and compliance product suite.

Titan Cloud Software, a Nashville-area cloud software provider backed by M33 Growth, has acquired Australian wetstock management and forecourt automation specialist Environmental Monitoring Solutions (EMS). EMS will retain its brand and leadership (Russell Dupuy remains Managing Director and becomes SVP of Global Wetstock at Titan Cloud) as the deal expands Titan Cloud's wetstock management product portfolio and accelerates the company's geographic growth in Asia Pacific and Europe; financial terms were not disclosed.

JET Infrastructure Acquires Five IMTT Fuel Terminals

JET Infrastructure acquired five fuel terminals from International-Matex Tank Terminals (IMTT), expanding the company's presence into Georgia, Alabama and New Mexico and increasing capacity and connectivity for aviation fuel and biofuels in the U.S. Southeast. The deal brings JET's portfolio to 12 assets with more than 2.1 million barrels of storage capacity and a network of 145 miles of pipeline; the terminals were sold by IMTT, which is headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana.
