Industrial Growth Partners (IGP), in partnership with management and certain outside investors, acquired AEM (Holdings) Inc., AEM Group Limited and subsidiaries, creating a new platform investment to accelerate the company's growth. Founders Daniel and Cai Li Chang sold the company but retain a significant minority equity stake; Daniel Chang was named Chairman and Rick Busch was appointed CEO.

AEM Acquires Central Semiconductor Corp.

AEM, a San Diego-based electronics platform and portfolio company of Industrial Growth Partners (IGP), has acquired Central Semiconductor Corp., a designer and manufacturer of discrete semiconductor solutions based in Hauppauge, New York. The deal expands AEM's product offering in discrete power conditioning components and is being executed as an add-on to AEM's existing platform to broaden capabilities and serve combined customers across industrial, medical, aerospace and commercial end markets.

Holley Acquires AEM Performance Electronics

Holley has acquired substantially all of the assets of Advanced Engine Management, Inc. (dba AEM Performance Electronics) for $52 million. The deal expands Holley's electronic control and monitoring product offerings for performance and EV-conversion enthusiasts; Holley expects AEM to contribute pro forma 2021 sales of $26 million.

AEgis Technologies Group Acquires EMRC Heli

Equistone-backed RENA Technologies Acquires MEI LLC

The deal combines complementary product portfolios and service organizations to offer end-to-end wet-chemical process solutions across semiconductor, MEMS and SiC processing applications.

The deal expands AEM's precision water-monitoring capabilities and combines Van Essen's global distributor network with AEM's cloud telemetry and analytics to deliver end-to-end environmental monitoring solutions.
