Equistone-backed RENA Technologies Acquires MEI LLC

Germany-based RENA Technologies GmbH, backed by private equity firm Equistone Partners Europe, has acquired US-based MEI LLC (Albany, Oregon) to strengthen its semiconductor wet-chemical processing capabilities and expand its presence in the US market. The deal combines complementary product portfolios and service organizations to offer end-to-end wet-chemical process solutions across semiconductor, MEMS and SiC processing applications.
