Holley Acquires Arizona Desert Shocks, Baer Brakes, Brothers Trucks and Rocket Racing Wheels

Holley Inc. (NYSE: HLLY) announced it acquired substantially all of the assets of Arizona Desert Shocks, Baer Brakes, Brothers Trucks, and Rocket Racing Wheels in Q4 2021 for approximately $56 million. The purchases expand Holley’s performance aftermarket product portfolio across suspension, braking, truck appearance and wheel categories to broaden capabilities and address new enthusiast end-markets.
