Holley, Inc. (NYSE: HLLY) has acquired BROTHERS Mail Order Industries, a specialty mail-order and e‑commerce retailer of restoration parts for 1947–87 Chevrolet and GMC trucks. The acquisition expands Holley’s aftermarket product portfolio and strengthens its position in the classic truck and truck/SUV appearance markets; FOCUS Investment Banking advised BROTHERS on the transaction.
