Beekman Group-backed AutoManager has completed a merger between its subsidiary AutoManager Acquisition, Inc. and A1 Software, Inc. (dba Selly Automotive), with AutoManager providing a growth investment to support Selly's staff expansion and product development. The deal integrates Selly's CRM into the AutoManager dealership software platform to expand capabilities and accelerate growth for independent auto dealerships in the U.S. and Canada.
