Beekman-Backed AutoManager Acquires EverLogic

AutoManager Acquisition, Inc., a Beekman-backed provider of dealer management software, has acquired EverLogic, Inc., a Jacksonville-based provider of dealer management software for RV, trailer, and powersports dealerships. EverLogic founder Mike Goodwin will remain president as the deal expands AutoManager's product footprint and reach into RV, trailer, and powersports dealer channels across the U.S. and Canada.
