Silver Investment Partners Acquires Crystal Laser Systems GmbH (CryLaS)

Silver Investment Partners (SIP) has acquired Crystal Laser Systems GmbH (CryLaS) from healthcare investor SHS Gesellschaft für Beteiligungsmanagement mbH. CryLaS, a Berlin-based manufacturer of deep‑UV pulsed and CW laser systems serving the semiconductor, biotech and healthcare markets with around 50 employees, will work with SIP to expand product development, production capacity and market reach.
