Wealth Enhancement Group Acquires 10-15 Associates

Wealth Enhancement Group, a Minneapolis-based independent wealth management firm overseeing approximately $20.3 billion in client assets, announced the acquisition of 10-15 Associates, an independent RIA headquartered in Goshen, New York with about $923 million in client assets. The deal expands Wealth Enhancement Group’s footprint in the New York / Tri-State region and brings additional advisory talent and offices to its national wealth management platform.

Wealth Enhancement Acquires Wise Wealth

Wealth Enhancement, a national independent wealth management firm, has acquired Wise Wealth, an independent RIA with offices in Lee's Summit, Rolla, and Liberty, Missouri. The deal — Wealth Enhancement's 100th acquisition — brings Wise Wealth's approximately $464 million in client assets and a 12-person team into Wealth Enhancement, expanding the firm's presence in the greater Kansas City market and pushing total client assets to more than $125 billion.

Wealth Enhancement Acquires Northwest Investment Counselors, LLC

The transaction, which closed December 31, 2024, expands Wealth Enhancement's presence in the Pacific Northwest and augments its advisory bench and service capabilities.

Wealth Enhancement Group Acquires JOYN Advisors

Wealth Enhancement Group, a Greater Minneapolis-based independent wealth management firm overseeing about $17 billion in client assets, announced the acquisition of JOYN Advisors, Inc., an Atlanta-based registered investment adviser with roughly $1.3 billion in client assets and 35 employees. The deal (financial terms undisclosed) marks Wealth Enhancement Group's first office in the Atlanta area and is expected to close by April 1, 2020.
