Investcorp Acquires Majority Stake in Shearer Supply

Investcorp announced a majority investment in Shearer Supply, a leading independent HVAC equipment distributor headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Shearer—founded in 1983 and operating 22 branches across the Southern U.S. serving over 5,500 contractor customers—will continue to have the Shearer family, management team and PNC Riverarch Capital as shareholders; financial terms were not disclosed. Investcorp intends to support organic growth and further geographic expansion.

Risk Mitigation Consulting Acquires Securicon

Mercer Advisors Acquires RMR Wealth Advisors, LLC

CD&R Acquires Shearer's Foods from Ontario Teachers'

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) has completed its acquisition of Shearer's Foods, a leading North American contract manufacturer and private‑label snack supplier, from Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board. Shearer's, headquartered in Massillon, Ohio with 17 manufacturing facilities across the U.S. and Canada, will partner with CD&R to scale operations and accelerate growth; terms were not disclosed.

TRM Acquires Sheffield Scientific

TRM, an Alexandria-based enterprise asset management and reliability consultancy, has acquired Sheffield Scientific, a Katy, Texas consulting firm focused on EAM (IBM Maximo, Hitachi Asset Suite) and OT cybersecurity for power generation. The deal strengthens TRM's power generation capabilities, adds Sheffield's Serket OT risk-management software and specialist personnel, and increases TRM's headcount to more than 180 employees.

Citrin Cooperman Acquires Shepard Schwartz & Harris

The deal moves SSH's non-attest assets into Citrin Cooperman Advisors LLC and the attest assets into Citrin Cooperman & Company, LLP, expanding Citrin Cooperman's capabilities in real estate, construction, and manufacturing & distribution markets.
