Citrin Cooperman Advisors, LLC and Citrin Cooperman & Company LLP have acquired substantially all assets and the attest assets, respectively, of S&G LLP, a Worcester, Massachusetts-based assurance, tax and advisory firm. The deal brings five partners and more than 30 professionals into Citrin Cooperman and expands the firm's presence in New England.
