American Eagle Outfitters Acquires Quiet Logistics

American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) completed the acquisition of Quiet Logistics for approximately $360 million in cash, making Quiet a wholly‑owned AEO subsidiary. The purchase brings in-market fulfillment centers and fulfillment expertise to AEO to reduce delivery costs, improve inventory positioning, and create a supply‑chain platform AEO can scale for its own brands and third‑party customers.
