AIT Worldwide Logistics has agreed to acquire New York–based Select Express & Logistics, a national final-mile 3PL specializing in white-glove delivery and assembly of big and bulky goods. The deal, which is an add-on to AIT (a portfolio company of The Jordan Company), expands AIT's end-to-end import-to-door capabilities and final-mile assembly capacity; LongueVue Capital exits Select as part of the transaction.
