The Jordan Company has agreed to recapitalize AIT Worldwide Logistics in a transaction valued at over $1.2 billion, acquiring Quad‑C Management's stake while AIT management remains significant shareholders. AIT, a Chicago‑based non‑asset‑based global freight forwarder offering air, ocean, ground and customs services, will continue to be led by President and CEO Vaughn Moore and his senior team.
