LevelBlue Acquires Cybereason

As part of the transaction, SoftBank Corp., SoftBank Vision Fund 2, and Liberty Strategic Capital took equity stakes in LevelBlue and Steven T. Mnuchin joined LevelBlue’s board, supporting the company’s capability and geographic expansion.
