Vitruvian Partners Acquires Aspia AB from IK Partners

Vitruvian Partners has agreed to acquire Aspia AB, a leading technology-enabled provider of accounting, payroll, tax and advisory services, from IK Partners. The deal will support Aspia's continued growth across the Nordics and further investment in its digital platforms; financial terms were not disclosed and completion is subject to regulatory approvals.
