Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan has signed an agreement to acquire a co-control stake in Omega Healthcare Management Services from Private Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives and Everstone Capital. Omega Healthcare, a US-headquartered provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management and clinical services with ~35,000 employees, will continue its growth under the new ownership partnership.

Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board has agreed to acquire a 69.4% interest in Società Gasdotti Italia S.p.A (SGI) from Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) via Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 4. SGI is Italy's largest independent gas transmission operator, and Ontario Teachers' says the investment aligns with its strategy to buy core regulated utility assets with predictable cash flows and to support the network's transition to renewable gases.

PAI Partners and Ontario Teachers' Acquire Veonet from Nordic Capital

PAI Partners and the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board have agreed to acquire Veonet, a pan‑European network of ophthalmology clinics, from Nordic Capital. Veonet is headquartered in Munich and operates more than 190 clinics across Germany, the UK, the Netherlands and Switzerland, treating over 1.2 million patients annually; financial terms were not disclosed and the deal is subject to regulatory approvals.

Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Sevana Bioenergy and will make a $250 million capital commitment to accelerate development of renewable natural gas (RNG) projects across North America. Sevana, an owner-operator of large-scale anaerobic digestion projects, has deployed over $350 million of projects under construction and operates digester facilities across agricultural regions including Oregon, Idaho and South Dakota.
