TurnPoint Services Acquires Cool Air Mechanical

TurnPoint Services Group has acquired Cool Air Mechanical, LLC, a Marietta, Georgia-based HVAC installation and maintenance company that sells primarily through Costco and Home Depot in the Atlanta metro area. The deal is TurnPoint's eleventh acquisition and expands the platform into the Atlanta market and the national Big Box sales channel; Cool Air's founder Jake Mazhar will continue to lead the business under the Cool Air brand.

Broadtree Partners Acquires ACME Plumbing Company

Broadtree Partners, a Charlotte-based private equity firm, has acquired ACME Plumbing Company, a fourth-generation commercial and residential plumbing services business headquartered in Durham, North Carolina.
