Trades Holding Co., LLC, a CPC Company, acquired the assets of American Eagle Plumbing and Drain Cleaning, LLC, which operates the Mr. Rooter Plumbing franchises of Greater Cincinnati, Dayton, and Florence. The deal expands Trades Holding’s Mr. Rooter footprint into Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky and adds to its existing Ohio service areas as part of CPC’s platform growth strategy.

P3 Services, a multi-regional plumbing services platform backed by Stellex Capital Management, announced the acquisition of Anchor Plumbing in San Antonio, Texas. The deal expands P3’s presence in the Southwest as it continues a strategy of geographic expansion through acquisitions across the United States.

Royal House Partners (RHP) announced a new investment in Sinak Plumbing, adding the Saint Louis, Missouri-based plumbing business to its home services portfolio. The transaction expands RHP’s footprint in Missouri and supports the build-out of its plumbing division within the broader HVAC, plumbing, and electrical roll-up strategy backed by CPS Capital and 1801 Holdings.

An affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, Inc. completed the acquisition of Andersen Commercial Plumbing (ACP), a commercial plumbing services provider. ACP is headquartered in La Verne, California and serves Southern California with maintenance/repair, tenant improvement, and new-build plumbing solutions; financial terms were not disclosed.

Southern HVAC Corporation announced it has acquired Pro Plumbing Services, LLC, a residential home services contractor serving the Piedmont Triad markets in North Carolina. Pro Plumbing will retain its branding while gaining access to Southern HVAC’s training, sales, marketing, and operational resources as Southern HVAC expands its regional footprint.

Air Pros USA announced the acquisition of Dallas Plumbing Company, a family-owned HVAC and plumbing services provider serving the Dallas/Fort Worth area since 1903. Dallas Plumbing Company will operate as an Air Pros USA company and be integrated operationally and on the sales side to support continued growth across North Texas.

Unique Indoor Comfort, a partnership of HVAC and plumbing services companies backed by Grove Mountain Partners, acquired A-Total Plumbing. The deal adds A-Total Plumbing’s residential and commercial plumbing services in metro Atlanta to Unique’s growing home services platform and represents Unique’s seventh acquisition.

Gryphon Investors acquired Repipe Specialists, a home services business focused on supporting plumbing companies that provide re-piping services. The transaction was completed in partnership with founder and current owner Jeff Butler, who will remain President and a significant shareholder; financial terms were not disclosed.

Peltram Plumbing Holdings, a portfolio company of Crescendo Capital Partners, acquired Power Plumbing, Inc., a Houston-based plumbing-focused mechanical contractor serving multi-family builders across Texas. GulfStar Group acted as exclusive financial advisor to Power, and the transaction closed on July 30, 2021.

Thompson Street Capital Partners’ portfolio company Len The Plumber (LTP) completed the acquisition of Larry & Sons Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Drain, and Electrical Services, a residential plumbing and HVAC services provider. The deal expands LTP’s plumbing, HVAC, and electrical capabilities across the Mid-Atlantic region; financial terms were not disclosed.

Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP) portfolio company Len The Plumber (LTP) has acquired Neffsville Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Services, a residential plumbing and HVAC services provider headquartered in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The acquisition expands LTP’s footprint in the Mid-Atlantic region; financial terms were not disclosed.

An affiliate of Boyne Capital partnered with SageWater’s management team to recapitalize SageWater, a provider of plumbing infrastructure replacement and repiping services for multi-family condominiums and apartment buildings. An affiliate of Grindstone Partners, LLC co-funded the transaction alongside Boyne. SageWater is headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia and the investment is described as a platform investment in BCM Fund I.

Dubin Clark & Company announced that it has invested in Affordable Water Heaters and Plumbing, Inc. (AWHAP), making it a new portfolio company. AWHAP provides in-home water heater replacement, repair, and installation services along with ancillary plumbing services and is headquartered in Valencia, California.

Huron Capital’s ExecFactor platform company Pueblo Mechanical & Controls acquired Niemeyer Brothers Plumbing, Inc., expanding Pueblo’s service offerings into commercial plumbing. Niemeyer, a Phoenix-area commercial plumbing provider founded in 1986, will enhance Pueblo’s installation and maintenance capabilities across the greater Phoenix market. Financial terms were not disclosed, and Niemeyer’s leadership will remain in place to lead the plumbing segment within Pueblo.
