Revau (Novacap Portfolio) Acquires Brazos Specialty Risk and Twenty Mile Insurance Services to Expand in U.S.

Novacap-backed Revau Advanced Underwriting has partnered with Texas-based MGAs Brazos Specialty Risk Insurance and Twenty Mile Insurance Services in a cash-and-equity transaction that brings both underwriting teams and U.S. distribution into Revau's platform. The deal expands Revau's North American footprint and combines Brazos and Twenty Mile's underwriting capabilities with Revau's data analytics, capital base and digital infrastructure to accelerate product innovation and U.S. growth.
