Mercer Global Advisors, Inc. (Mercer Advisors) has acquired Personal Financial Advisors, LLC (PFA), a Covington, Louisiana-based wealth management firm. PFA serves roughly 140 clients with approximately $105 million in AUM; founder Robert J. Reed, Jr. and his staff will join Mercer as the firm establishes its first physical presence in Louisiana.

ShoreView Industries Acquires P&F Industries; Northstar Capital Provides Financing

Northstar Capital provided junior debt financing and an equity co-invest to help fund the transaction; ShoreView will operate P&F as a platform and pursue add-on acquisitions in hand-held tools, gears and niche industrial equipment.

LPA Software Solutions Acquires LPA Systems, Inc.

A small partner group led by Jim Carrick formed LPA Software Solutions, LLC and acquired LPA Systems, Inc., a Rochester-based IBM Premier Business Partner and business analytics provider. Founders Donald Soule and Katrina Adams remain in executive roles and existing LPA Systems staff and client relationships will transfer to the new ownership.
