Startek has acquired a controlling interest in Intelling, a U.K.-based customer acquisition and retention specialist, to strengthen its presence in the United Kingdom and expand its CX service offerings. Intelling's founder Phil Morgan will continue to lead the business as the companies integrate capabilities and scale digitally enabled customer experience services across Startek's global footprint.

iQSTEL Inc. has entered into a binding agreement to acquire 51% of the capital stock of QXTEL, a wholesale telecommunications provider with offices across Miami, London, Buenos Aires, Istanbul, Belgrade and Dubai. Management said the deal nearly doubles iQSTEL's revenue, brings new wholesale carrier customers and executive talent, and will be integrated to drive operating efficiencies and margin expansion.
