Chicago-based private equity firm Capital Concepts Holdings, LLC (CCH) acquired QCC, a Harwood Heights, Illinois manufacturing services provider specializing in precision machining, assembly and testing, from Promus Equity. The transaction closed March 31, 2021; CCH said it will partner with QCC management to drive growth and operational improvements across QCC's hydraulics, commercial vehicle and aerospace end markets.
