Naturellement Gourmand, the food group controlled by private equity firm Abenex, has acquired Les Délices du Chef, a Breton producer of blinis, pancakes, crêpes and galettes. The deal brings the 50-employee company into the NG group (which includes Tartefrais), strengthens the group's presence in organic and export channels, and sees the sellers/management reinvest alongside Abenex and Arkéa Capital.
