Lithko Contracting Acquires Assets of Pikus Concrete & Construction

Lithko Contracting, alongside equity partners The Pritzker Organization and DNS Capital, acquired the assets of Pikus Concrete & Construction on December 31, 2020. The deal gives Lithko a presence in the Salt Lake / Wasatch Valley market and adds Pikus’s cast-in-place commercial and industrial concrete capabilities and ~200 coworkers to its platform.

The capital and partnerships are intended to accelerate adoption of Pikus’s 3D concrete printing capabilities and expand its role in commercial construction and architectural applications.

The asset purchase expands Lithko’s presence in the Austin / Central Texas market; Capitol is a regional concrete contractor with over 300 coworkers specializing in foundations, tilt-walls, slabs and site work.

The acquisition brings Full‑Tilt’s team of over 200 coworkers into Lithko’s platform to expand its tilt‑up and specialty concrete capabilities and strengthen its presence in Florida and the Southeast.

Castik Capital Acquires Majority Stake in paraDIGMA group

Funds managed by Castik Capital have acquired a majority stake in paraDIGMA group, a leading Dutch occupational health and employee wellbeing provider, from Mentha, founder Rudo Vissers and management (who will remain shareholders). Castik will support paraDIGMA group's organic and inorganic growth plans, strengthening its service portfolio and digital offering while the current CEO Peter Kruissen and the management team remain in place.
