Pella Corporation has agreed to acquire Lawson Industries Inc., an aluminum impact-resistant window and door manufacturer located near Miami, Florida. The acquisition (expected to close this summer) expands Pella's presence and capabilities in South Florida; Lawson's ~300 employees will remain with the business and leadership will stay on to support integration.
