Pella Corporation Acquires Weather Shield Windows & Doors

Pella Corporation has acquired Weather Shield Windows & Doors, a premium manufacturer of architectural wood and aluminum windows and doors based in Medford, Wisconsin. The acquisition brings complementary product capabilities and premium design expertise to Pella's portfolio to accelerate growth in the premium window and door market; financial terms were not disclosed and Northborne Partners served as Weather Shield's financial advisor.
