Stately Doors & Windows has acquired Reilly Architectural (previously part of Pella Corporation’s Luxury Division), adding Reilly’s custom wood and metal doors and windows business and its 125,000-square-foot Calverton, New York facility to Stately’s network. The acquisition expands Stately’s ultra‑luxury footprint up and down the East Coast and brings complementary design, manufacturing, installation and white‑glove service capabilities to the combined business.
