The add-on expands E Tech Group's capabilities and presence in the life sciences, food & beverage, and consumer products markets; terms were not disclosed.

nVent Completes Acquisition of Avail Infrastructure Solutions' Electrical Products Group

nVent Electric plc completed the acquisition of the enclosures, switchgear and bus systems businesses (the "Electrical Products Group") of Avail Infrastructure Solutions for $975 million in cash. The business — a North American provider serving power utilities, data centers and renewables with ~1,100 employees and nine U.S. manufacturing locations — will be operated predominantly within nVent's Systems Protection segment to strengthen its infrastructure offerings.

VIVE Collision Acquires Evolve: Electric Vehicle Specialists

VIVE Collision has acquired Evolve: Electric Vehicle Specialists, a state-of-the-art EV-focused collision repair center in New Castle, Delaware. The deal marks VIVE's first location in Delaware (its 63rd location overall) and strengthens the company's EV repair capabilities through Evolve's OEM certifications, 35,000 sq. ft. facility and 25 repair bays.

EVI Industries Acquires O'Dell Equipment and Supply

EVI Industries, a Miami-based commercial laundry distributor, has acquired Jeffersonville, Indiana-based O'Dell Equipment and Supply. O'Dell will continue to operate under its existing name and facility with all 25 employees; for the 12 months ended June 30 it generated approximately $10.5 million in revenue. Terms were not disclosed and the acquisition is part of EVI's ongoing buy-and-build growth strategy.

HomeServe USA has acquired Environmental Systems Associates, Inc. (ESA), a Columbia, Maryland-based residential HVAC contractor with more than 35 employees. ESA's owners Richard Dean and Michael Hendricks will remain with the business as it becomes part of HomeServe's locally branded HVAC network, expanding HomeServe's presence in the Greater Washington, D.C. market.
