J2 Global, Inc. (later renamed Ziff Davis) completed four small acquisitions — Solutelia, BigLinker, Diabetes Daily and Arthur L. Davis Publishing Agency — during Q3 2021 to broaden its customer base, enter new markets and expand its product and content offerings. The company also divested a group of B2B cloud-based backup businesses operating under the LiveVault, OffsiteDataSync and KeepItSafe brands; terms were not disclosed and the deals were described as immaterial to overall financials.
