LTC Global, Inc. has acquired Westland Financial Services, Inc., an independent life and health insurance agency headquartered in San Diego. Westland's founder Gene Pastula and senior management will remain with the business; LTC Global said the acquisition complements its existing life, long-term care and annuity distribution capabilities, particularly in the Pacific Southwest.
