LTC Global, Inc. has acquired Michael L. Fitzgerald Insurance Services, Inc., a Capitas Financial partner agency headquartered in Walnut Creek, California. Michael Fitzgerald will remain to manage the agency as LTC Global expands its Capitas distribution presence across Northern California.

LTCR will continue to be managed by Rick Leonard and will join LTC Global’s existing LTCi distribution businesses to expand its association distribution channel and market reach.
