(headquartered in Fort Myers, Florida) has acquired Hazlet, New Jersey-based NJ LTC and DI Brokers Corporation (NJLTC), a specialist in long-term care and disability income insurance. The deal brings nationally recognized disability income expertise and distribution relationships to LTC Global; Dennis O'Connor III will continue to manage the business.
