B2Digital Incorporated (OTC: BTDG) acquired Spartan Fitness, LLC in a cash-and-equity deal to expand its fitness facility footprint and launch a national Jiu Jitsu training brand. The acquisition adds Spartan's Birmingham location to B2Digital's ONE More Gym network and brings owner Chris Conolley into B2Digital's executive team to lead Jiu Jitsu expansion.
