FleetPride and TruckPro have completed a merger to form the largest independent distributor and service provider in the heavy‑duty aftermarket, with the combined company operating under the FleetPride name and jointly owned by American Securities and Platinum Equity. The combined business will operate more than 450 locations (110+ service centers) and six distribution hubs across the U.S. and Canada, aiming to expand parts availability, service capacity and digital/ecommerce capabilities.

Rental Concepts, Inc. (doing business as Fleet Response) has acquired Paragon Subrogation Services, a multi-line subrogation and arbitration outsourcing firm founded in 1995. The acquisition expands Fleet Response’s subrogation scale and capabilities, allowing its TPA operations to offer enhanced recovery, arbitration and analytics services to insurance carriers and self-insured entities.

Trinity Hunt Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Dayspring Restoration

Unified Service Partners Acquires Pro Restoration

Unified Service Partners (USP), a multi-regional roofing platform backed by Astara Capital Partners, has invested in Pro Restoration, a re-roofing contractor serving residential and commercial customers in Illinois and Wisconsin. Pro Restoration will continue to operate under its existing brand and remain led by co-founders Troy Zitzke and Brandon McNames. The transaction expands USP's geographic footprint into the Upper Midwest as an add-on to its platform.

Cotton Holdings Acquires 24 Restore

Blue Point-Backed Transtar Acquires Pro Form Products

Transtar Holding Company, a Blue Point Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired Pro Form Products, an Ontario-based manufacturer of refinishing and repair products for automotive, aviation, industrial and marine applications. Pro Form will operate as a subsidiary of Transtar Autobody Technologies as the acquisition expands Transtar's product line, geographic coverage across the U.S. and Canada, and entry into new end-markets.
