Houston-based Cotton Holdings has acquired 24 Restore, formerly New England’s largest locally owned full-service disaster restoration company. 24 Restore will remain a wholly owned subsidiary under CEO Steve Sorkin, with financial terms not disclosed; the purchase expands Cotton’s geographic footprint into New England and bolsters its restoration and construction capabilities.
